Admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Michigan in November of 1985.  Also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (1986), Western District of Michigan (1990) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (1990).

Founder of general practice/ business firm.  Representation of individuals and businesses from many different industries including manufacturing, construction, sales, insurance, and distribution.  Clients include start up operations and large, well established, operations.  Business practice includes every aspect of representation from set up of new company or division to real estate, employment, contract, negotiation, and litigation issues.  Specializing in solving complex problems and handling complex commercial litigation.  General practice includes securities (representing mostly investors and as an arbitrator with FINRA - formerly known as the NASD and NYSE), estate planning, bankruptcy, and other general civil matters.  Completed mediation training under the Michigan Court Rules (and acts as mediator with the Oakland County Circuit Court) and active as a case evaluator in Oakland County Circuit Court.  Admitted to all courts in Michigan, including State and Federal Courts and the Bankruptcy court, as well as State Courts of Appeals and the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati Ohio.
